Air-conditioning as a technical solution to protect inhabitants from excessive heat exposure creates the challenge of expanding indoor health effects. While air-conditioning has mostly been applied an improvement living conditions, and environmental problems associated with its use frequently occurs. Therefore, this paper challenges extends existing knowledge on sustainability related smart systems. The decrease CO2 level in building requires intelligent control system because energy utilisation legitimately connected wellbeing eventually operational expenses. A building’s essential factors comfort are IAQ, visual thermal. Through appropriate structured controller, performance can be altogether improved. It merits creating innovative techniques optimise environment quality for system. newly proposed backpropagation neural network was optimised using Matlab appropriately while carefully taking into account controllers such stability, adaptability, speed response overshoot. controller designed, proportional-integral-derivative utilised result suitability. were designed regulate parameters automatically ensure output. possesses time constant settling 2.1s 27.3s, respectively. utilising exterminate various effects is expected produce sustainable conditions.
